MotionView BASIC Edition Features

• Film Strip Display
  View a snapshot sequence of your entire movement as still images, laid out sequentially on the screen. The film strip may be zoomed and sequenced too! Shrink it down to see your entire sequence on one screen, or zoom in to focus on any particular segment.

• Unlimited Side by Side Comparison
  Load any two videos and sequence them together within a single MotionView window. Or you can launch multiple MotionView sessions and view an unlimited number of videos simultaneously, each with their own controls. This is a great feature for teaching professionals who wish to have many videos on screen, each with individual sequencing controls.
  
  
  
   

• "KITE TAILS".
  This is a semi-automated technology that allows you to create an animated "tail" that will track any moving object. It's incredibly simple to use too! Just select the "kite tail" tool, then click on the current image location of the object you wish to track. The sequencer will advance to the next image, where you click again on the new location of the object. Continue doing this until you have covered the desired range of motion. To stop entering points, just right-click. During playback the analyzer will draw a "tail" that follows your selections through each frame. You can select the length of the tail from 1 frame to 100 frames.

• Video Export
  Save your marked up golf video sessions as new movie files, which include all your drawings, text, etc! Burn the movie files to CD or DVD using your own cd burner software, or save them for future comparison. 
   
• Still Shot Export
  Create compressed JPGs or BMPs from your marked up video. Perfect for emailing to your students. You can also create full-page printouts containing all of your markups. Our "Quick Snapshot" feature allows you to take instant snapshots of any view using a simple keyboard shortcut.
   
• 60 Frames Per Second Deinterlacing
  This feature of the BASIC Edition allows you to convert your standard 30FPS golf swing video files into 60FPS videos, pulling out all the detail found within those interlaced frames. You won't believe what you've been missing until you try this! Supports both NTSC and PAL video formats.
   
• Pocket PC Analysis
  This unique software turns your Pocket PC into a mobile golf swing video analysis device. It's included free with the BASIC Edition, and all higher editions. Read more about it here.
   
• Video Overlay Feature
  This feature allows you to overlay one video on top of another, with separate controls for transparency, zooming, and positioning to align the two videos in any way you like! Fade from one to the other, or position one athlete completely over another. The result is a powerful visual presentation that will immediately indicate the differences between the two golf swings. Windows XP is required.
